For recent events in Madrid this week, the Twilight star opted for a flirty neon number that was fresh and effervescent, and added some slick edge with a pair of graphic black and white heels featuring a studded ankle strap by Barbara Bui.
We later spotted the same killer shoes with a much more casual look (a gray long-sleeved tee and black dress shorts) while doing an appearance for a local TV show.
Leave it to K.Stew to show her loyalty to an item of interest. We love how versatile the patterned heels surprisingly are, and are counting on K.Stew to rock them out for a few more events in the near future.
