Prince Harry is apparently letting bygones be bygones.

Despite the fact that The Sun chose to publish photos of the royal in his birthday suit while he partied in a Las Vegas suite last month, a rep for St. James's Palace tells E! News that it has decided not pursue a complaint with the Press Complaints Commission on behalf of Harry.

However, the palace spokesperson noted, "We remain of the opinion that a hotel is a private space where its occupants would have a reasonable expectation of privacy."

Harry's headline-making trip to Sin City in August came just two weeks before he reported for duty in Afghanistan to begin his combat tour as copilot of an attack helicopter. It marks the 27-year-old's second tour of Afghanistan and is expected to last four months.

"Prince Harry is currently focused entirely on his deployment in Afghanistan, so to pursue a complaint relating to his private life would not be appropriate at this time and would prove to be a distraction," the spokesperson added. "We have concluded that it would not be prudent to pursue the matter further, and we will have no further comment to make about the matter."
