Britney Spears doesn't want a toxic lawsuit hanging over her head.

The pop princess has settled her legal scuffle with a former bodyguard who claims that the singer sexually harassed him and was an abusive mother, according to court documents obtained by E! News.

Details of the deal that the singer's legal team struck with Fernando Flores were not disclosed—there was no immediate comment from any of the involved parties—but the settlement tidies up a two-year-old case that lobbed salacious allegations against the pop star.

In the lawsuit, Flores claimed that Spears regularly flashed her genitals to him, including an incident in which she supposedly bent over while wearing a see-through white dress.

The former bodyguard also alleged that Spears was a negligent mother to her two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James, claiming that she'd make them eat until they vomited and that she'd hit them with a belt.

Because the singer and newly minted X Factor judge is currently under conservatorship, a court needs to sign off first before the case can be officially closed.
