Is Kanye West a changed man after getting taken to task in song by Taylor Swift at last weekend's VMAs? Quite possibly. The surprisingly humble rap star showed up at the Tory Burch runway show today during Fashion Week in New York sans his usual entourage and acting every bit the gentleman.

And so not alone? Drew Barrymore's on-off boyfriend, Justin Long, who was occupying himself with someone else...

We'll get to Long's mystery pal in a sec, but first more on West's Wednesday out at the runway. A few hours after making the scene at Burch's tent, the music star, still solo, hit the Jeremy Scott show, where he exchanged pleasantries with fellow guests while keeping a relatively low-profile.

While Kanye's support must have been nice, Burch must have been heartened to know the one opinion that really mattered. The normally unresponsive Anna Wintour (who shared a front-row perch with Stephanie Pratt) said the Burch showcase "was great."

Pratt has been escorted around Fashion Week by a high-profile publicist, meeting New York power players, including a dinner with some folks in Vera Wang's camp, leading to speculation among attendees that The Hills alum might be making a move across the country.

And we can't talk runway shows without mentioning the latecomers—today it was Serena Williams, who ran, literally, in to the Michael Kors show just in time.

It pays to be athletic.

Meanwhile, at the Alice + Olivia party last night, designer Stacey Bendet put on the most original show of the week so far. Set up like a play, models sat still for hours on a perfectly lit stage wearing Bendet's 2011 spring collection, filled with gorgeous skirts and dresses in golds, reds, sparkles and feathers.

Among the partiers were a super-skinny Katrina Bowden, Denise Richards, Moby, Nicky Hilton and Kelly BensimonMad Men's newly single Elisabeth Moss seemed to have her quickie marriage to Fred Armisen far from her mind, as she danced and hopped up and down in a little black dress surrounded by five of her girlfriends and got eyed by some pretty handsome male guests. True Blood's Joe Manganiello congratulated Bendet, who spent most of the night chatting up her family and hanging with her father-in-law, former Disney cheese Michael Eisner.

Over at the Gramercy Park Hotel's Rose Bar, hard-partying Jeremy Piven found a willing wingman in Justin Long (told you we'd get back to him). The two chatted up models and drank cocktails into the night, with Jimmy Fallon joining in later.

Piven's fellow Entourage star Adrien Grenier was also out on the town, but he wasn't chasing the ladies—he was "obsessed" with finding Woody Allen. At the Grey Goose premiere party for You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger, Grenier said his sole mission was to meet Allen, calling the Oscar winner "one of my New York legends."

After finally achieving his dream meeting, Grenier spent the rest of the evening gushing about Allen to fellow guests Adrien Brody and Michelle Rodriguez.
