Lindsey Vonn and Tiger Woods called their 3-year relationship quits in May, but it looks like she might have already found happiness with someone else: Britney Spears' ex-boyfriend, Charlie Ebersol. According to Page Six, the couple attended the U.S. Open together and looked "very close," but they made sure not to be photographed together.
But a rep for Vonn tells E! News explicitly, "I can tell you with 100-percent certainty that they are just friends."
Ebersol and Spears broke up in June after only eight months, which came as a surprise to many considering how often she gushed about her writer-producer boyfriend. She even made a special vest that she wore during her Las Vegas concerts that read "I love Charlie."
"He's like, ‘You're the sweetest girlfriend in the whole world.' He was really happy that I did that. It's kinda cool," the crooner told Extra. And when asked if she was open to the idea of tying the knot with Ebersol, she nervously giggled and replied at the time, "You never know! Who knows?"
Sadly, that didn't come to fruition. Instead, the "Work Bitch" singer deleted all photos of her ex from her Instagram account.
Vonn and Woods had a seemingly more amicable breakup, releasing a statement that said they would remain friends. "Tiger and I have mutually decided to end our relationship. I will always cherish the memories that we've created together," Vonn wrote on Facebook. "Unfortunately, we both lead incredibly hectic lives that force us to spend a majority of our time apart."
She added, "I will always admire and respect Tiger. He and his beautiful family will always hold a special place in my heart."
