Kylie Jenner, Tyga

Kylie Jenner is going back to black!

Just a few short days after rocking "mermaid" blue hair at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in the California desert, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians got back to her roots as she surfaced closer to home Tuesday afternoon.

Joined by close friend Tyga, the 17-year-old was back to her signature hair color as she wore a black and white striped bandeau that revealed plenty of skin.

She completed her look with a matching high-waisted skirt, white sneakers and sunglasses. Fans were given another look at the ensemble when she posted a selfie (surprise!) on Instagram from the comfort of her home.

Kylie has been no stranger to switching up her looks. Whether adding bright colors to the tips of her hair to changing the length of her style, fans never know what the self-proclaimed trendsetter will do next.

One look you won't see from the young star, however, is the platinum blond style older sister Kim Kardashian donned just last month.

"I love changing my hair. I would go that far," she previously told E! News. "But, it's her thing now, so I don't wanna copy her. [I'll] find something else, I'm sure."

Putting looks aside, some may find it intriguing to see Kylie hanging out with Tyga once again. But despite plenty of romance rumors, the rapper insists he's not dating the famous E! star. They really are just close friends.

"I was friends with Scott [Disick], her family for years," he shared in a recent radio interview. "Me hanging out with them was nothing new. People just want to make a story out of it."

Besides, it never hurts to have a good shopping buddy. After all, someone has to carry all those bags

New episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians air Sunday nights at 9 p.m. only on E!
