Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had a date night at the Royal Variety Performance.
The expecting Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the show at the London Palladium on Monday evening. The event takes place each year in support of the Royal Variety Charity, of which Queen Elizabeth II is a Patron.
"The money raised helps entertainers throughout the UK in need of help and assistance as a result of old age, ill-health, or hard times," Kensington Palace tweeted about the annual event on Monday.
Meghan, wearing a $1,149 Safiyaa top and skirt, was given a posy of flowers by a 7-year-old girl as she entered the London Palladium for the show.
After arriving at the event, Harry and Meghan were spotted chatting with the cast of Hamilton, as well as Take That, who will take the stage to perform during the show.
This outing for the royal couple lands on the six-month anniversary of their wedding. Harry and Meghan tied the knot on May 19 at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle. They recently returned to their wedding location to celebrate Princess Eugenie's wedding to Jack Brooksbank in October.
Shortly after attending the wedding, the couple went on their first royal tour as a married couple. Hours after landing in Australia, it was announced that Meghan is pregnant with her first child.
"Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019," the palace said in a statement in mid-October. "Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public."
