Who's the hottest housewife of them all? We certainly know who the fittest one is—Tamra Judge, of Real Housewives of Orange County.

Hot off the stripper heels of her first fitness competition, the 48-year-old reality star shared her workout routine. And as you could've guessed, it's intense. Think: sprints, skateboard kick-outs, pull-ups, lateral hops, bicep curls with a resistance band and repeat! Then there's the diet…

"Enjoying food is pretty much out of the question," she tells E! News. "Right now, I'm eating to live…not living to eat."

It takes two hours alone to prep her food (that's dedication!). It was all worth it though—Tamra lost 11 percent body fat, gained 11 percent of lean muscle during training and went home with a trophy from the fitness competition.
