The performer works out five days a week (only on mornings of shows) and on the other two days, she takes a well-deserved break. Her workouts are generally 45-minutes to an hour long, which may not seem like a lot, but once you've attempted a choreography-heavy Tracy Anderson class, you'll see why.
Celebrity trainer David Kirsch is also in the picture when it comes to her fitness routine, but he and Tracy have very different, very specific methods...we'll let J.Lo explain the rest.
