EJ Johnson is dishing on his weight loss during Sunday's #Rich Kids of Beverly Hills.
In this clip above from the season four premiere of the hit E! show, EJ and his friend Drew have a dance workout session with trainer Cindy.
"I work out with Cindy at least four to five times a week," EJ reveals.
EJ has been working hard on his diet and fitness routine since he received gastric sleeve surgery in 2014 and the results clearly show.
He even revealed to E! News that when it comes to exercise, "Find a workout that's something you love to do. For me it's not even working out it's just having fun. We dance a lot, we sweat and at the end of it I'm like, 'Wow! I burned all these calories and I didn't even know because we were just having a blast.'"
In the preview from this weekend's episode EJ asks Drew, "Do you know wanna know how much weight I've lost? Like I just got weighed last week so it's kind of crazy."
