Jessie James Decker Talks Getting Back in Shape After Baby No. 2, Waist Training and How She Became Friends With Snooki

It's only been a little over two months since Jessie James Decker gave birth to her second child, Eric Thomas Decker II, but she's already working on getting back in shape and going back to work.

The mama-of-two sat down with E! News at the launch of her new line Kittenish for Kora Rae and dished about life with the newborn.

"Things are going well. I just kind of started getting back into working, just trying to get into the swing of things and balancing that and the babies at home," she revealed. "I'm not sleeping at all. I'm exhausted. I'm nursing. I nurse all night long. He's a big eater, so that's a constant."

Though her daughter, Vivianne, also loved nursing, it's been an entirely different experience with a boy.

"Vivienne and Eric are very different. Vivianne loved to nurse but when she was done, she was done and she was out of there.  She got the goods, and she was out," Jessie explains. "Little man will eat and eat and eat until he cannot eat anymore. He'll still keep eating, and then he'll fall asleep with his mouth on the boob and just lays there—all night! He just wants to have his mouth on it and just sleep. Typical man!"

The singer also reveals she's not one of the women who loses weight while breastfeeding.

"Nursing does not take the weight off in my opinion. I know it works for other women, but I have found I actually hold weight when I breastfeed," she explains. "The minute I stopped with Vivienne I dropped like ten pounds in a month. So I'm fine, that's why I'm not rushing or worrying about it."

Instead, she's decided to ease her way back into working out.

"I'm exercising a little here and there, but I'm not really worried about what I'm eating too much," she tell us. "I started going to the gym. I got a trainer, so I'm going a couple times a week here and there… But again, I'm not pushing myself too much. Just trying to get back into the swing of things, getting back in shape for touring and stuff."

In fact, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has been a big help in Jessie shedding the post-baby weight.

"Snooki actually introduced me to this trainer!" she revealed.  "[We] met each other when we had something we had to do in L.A. A bunch of us were called to do some TV thing in L.A. And we met and she was awesome and fun, and we both realized we lived like 15 minutes apart in Jersey so we got each other's number. She's from there so every now and then I'll text her, ‘Where's the best nail salon?' Or ‘Where should I get my eye lashes done?' She just kind of helps me out!"

Other than getting her groove back at the gym, Jessie has also taken to a new form of getting in shape: waist training!

"I'm all about being comfortable, but as soon as I had my baby and had my C-section—which I had to have another one because he was 9 lbs.—the nurses told me I should get one of those waist trainers," she explained. "It helps with shrinking the uterus and shrinking everything back so it felt really good to put something like that on. I don't think I would wear it just to wear it though, if I didn't have a baby because I think some people do that. I think it's just good after having C-sections and after having a baby."

We bet the Kardashians would totally agree!
