While the outspoken reality star wouldn't delve into too much detail during an interview on Jenny McCarthy's SiriusXM radio show Dirty, Sexy, Funny, the mother of two did say that Richards is on the path to recovery.
"I talk to her quite often. I went to rehab to see her already. She didn't call me. She called me the morning after the whole fiasco," she explained.
"If you saw where her rehab was…I was like, 'Anyone could use 30 days here.' It's really nice. I don't want to out where she is, but it's beautiful. I took the kids and I was like, 'This is beautiful.'"
And when asked if Glanville was caught off guard by the news of Richards' arrest last month, she admitted that "wasn't shocked."
"You know, at the same time, I had never seen her drink or do a drug. If she wants to get help, that's her—I can't say to somebody, 'You need to get help,' because they're going to be like, 'F--ck you, you have a problem. I don't have a problem.'" Glanville dished.
"So I just was her friend and I witnessed odd behavior, but I never saw her do anything. You don't want help until you say it yourself."
But wait, you didn't think Glanville's entire interview would go without shots fired, right?
"If Lisa Rinna is in your face saying, 'You're an addict, you need to get help,' all you want is to shut that bitch up and say 'Leave me alone' and be defensive," she added.
Glanville also divulged that she too is in the dark about Richards' future on the hit Bravo series, saying, "I don't know that Kim is out…I don't know that she's not doing the show."
