Jessica Simpson

One glance at Jessica Simpson and it's obvious that the blond bombshell is back and better than ever!

The 33-year-old star and Weight Watchers spokesperson has impressively slimmed dwn and toned up after giving birth to baby Ace last June, and we've never seen her look happier.

Just last week, the gorgeous "Take My Breath Away" singer proudly tweeted that she had reached her goal weight, and it certainly shows!

Curious how the country cutie transformed her body?

We tapped Marco Borges, who works with Beyoncé and Jay-Z as their personal nutritionist, trainer and wellness specialist for his expert take on Simpson's inspiring weight loss.

"She looks absolutely beautiful and is radiating happiness and health! On average, women should gain between 25-35 pounds with their pregnancy. It looks like Jessica has lost somewhere between 60-70 pounds," Borges told us exclusively, upon analyzing before and after photos of the singer.

"I've always recommended women give themselves six months to get back to their pre-pregnancy weight. They'll typically lose the first half in about six weeks, so this gives them plenty of time to get the rest off after that," he explains.

"Six months is the perfect amount of time to work towards that goal. If it happens sooner, great; if it doesn't, you have plenty of time to take it off through proper nutrition and exercise."

Good to know!

And if you're wondering what exactly you should be fueling your body with for maximum results, Borges has the answer.

"I'm a huge advocate of plant-based nutrition and love the remarkable health benefits that come as a result of it. Remember that consistency is key. Create habits for proper nutrition, not starvation so you're on a plan that is sustainable and not temporary."

And there you have it!
