Don't get too excited, it doesn't mean she's moving in with boyfriend Ryan Gosling. In fact, the Hollywood home that she just listed for $1.2 million isn't even the pad she currently resides in, according to Trulia.
The for-sale digs are the ones she co-owns with ex-boyfriend George Gargurevich. The couple bought the home in 2002 and despite breaking up in 2010, the former pair are just now getting to offloading the estate.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom is 1,732 square feet and features floor-to-ceiling glass walls which provide gorgeous views of Los Angeles. The outdoor garden features fruit trees, chickens, vegetable boxes and a hot tub.
The actress is currently living in a slightly larger four-bedroom, four-bathroom mansion close by that she purchased for $3.2 million in 2008. And yes that home is the one that Ryan was spotted at last month.
