Kelly Ripa is one ripped gal!
The 43-year-old mother of three took to Twitter yesterday to show off a form that women half her age would kill for. Lying on her back, the Live With Kelly and Michael host propped her toned legs against a wall so that they pointed to the inspirational Henry Ford message, "Whether you think you can or you can't—you're right."
How's that for a little workout inspiration?
But we're guessing Ripa's trainer, Anna Kaiser, has more to do with pushing the blond beauty to achieve such a fab physique. "Thank you @AKTINMOTION and @TheKaiserTweet for letting me lean on you," Ripa captioned her shot, referring Kaiser and the fitness method she's pioneered. So, what exactly has Ripa been doing to gain her ab-tastic form? According to AKT Inmotion's site, the fitness regime combines "cardio, strength training, toning and stretching" for a multi-purpose sweat session.
But we'd be willing to do a lot more if we could get Ripa's amazing abs!
