Goodness gracious, Gale!

Liam Hemsworth stopped by Good Morning America on Wednesday and got candid about being whipped on the set of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

When asked by a fan what the best part about shooting the film was he replied, "Well, I got whipped for three days, which is good and bad, I guess, if you're into that kind of thing."

Robin Roberts playfully asked if the Aussie hunk is in fact down for some of that but he was quick to clear the air.

"I'm not the kind of person that likes to get whipped," he said. "It was an interesting couple of days."

Hemsworth added, "You have to have someone like Woody [Harrelson] on set to keep that stuff light. He's the kind of person that keeps it light and entertaining, so is Jennifer [Lawrence]."

Miley Cyrus' former fiancé also shared that the actress has an awesome sense of humor (as if we didn't know?!).

"There's pretty much no filter at all with Jennifer, especially if you're having a bad day. She finds it out and pounces on that and exploits it and tells the entire set," he explained while laughing.

During his hectic promoting schedule, the 23-year-old stopped by Regal's Pinnacle Theater in Kentucky's Turkey Creek in honor of the children's charity, Variety.

Proceeds of the special screening went to the organization that's aimed at improving lives of children around the world.

While on the red carpet for the event, Hemsworth told reporters why the charity is special to him.

"My dad worked for child protection my whole life, protecting kids. So, I think having kids grow up in safe environments where they feel confident enough to live out their dreams is something I was able to do as a kid. And I want kids to grow up in a similar environment," he said.
