Jordin Sparks’ 3 Rules for Holiday Fashion

The star offers her seasonal style advice

 Now that the holiday party season is upon us, it's time to dig through our closets, hit the malls and find the cutest festive ensembles.

We sat down with certified diva Jordin Sparks at the launch of Excedrin Migraine's new app to get her three rules on dressing for the holidays.

Here's what the American Idol winner told us: 

1. Be Comfortable: "I always want to be comfortable around the holidays," she says. "I like to wear sweater dresses, especially ones that are a little thinner and fitted, so I can add a belt without the fabric looking too bulky."

2. Add Prints: "I love wearing colored and printed tights with my dresses," she told us. That's right, break out those bold pieces--it's time to get noticed!

3. Embrace Glitter: "If you're not a glitter person the rest of the year, the holidays are the perfect time to sparkle." 

Looks like this star knows what she's going to be rocking this season.
