Gold medal girls Aly Raisman and McKayla Maroney are feeling a little bumped and bruised today.

Both of the Fierce Five Olympians were injured while dismounting from the uneven bars during Sunday's Kelloggs Tour of Gymnastics Champions performance in Ontario, Calif.

So how badly were they hurt?

According to a USA Gymnastics press release, "Raisman, who was examined at the arena by the physician for the performance, has bruised knees. She will follow an icing and additional treatment regimen with continued assessment by the medical staff, but does not require any further testing at this time."

Meanwhile, Maroney, who also hurt her knees, is still undergoing medical tests to determine the extent of the injury on her legs.

Luckily, both girls are feeling well enough today to tweet about the whole ordeal. "Not bad for hospital food," Maroney tweeted, along with a photo of a plate of sausage, eggs and potatoes.

"THANK YOU so much for all the kind words & support," Raisman posted. "I'm so thankful that I am OK, just some bruising on my knees and the rest of my legs!"

Get well soon, girls!
