Katharine McPhee and David Foster are smashing out the hate.
The 39-year-old shared a video featuring her music producer husband playing the piano in response to a TikTok comment calling him a "proud grampy" to their 2-year-old son Rennie.
"Hey TikTok, I hear you're talking s--t," the 74-year-old sang while tickling the ivories. "Come see us on tour, ‘cause we got more than one hit."
Standing behind her husband in jeans and a matching jacket, Katharine gave a laugh before the duo start to plugged dates for their upcoming tour.
And in response to the troll, the American Idol alum wrote back, "grandpa???!" and added, "come laugh with us on tour then."
David joked that son Rennie might even "do some drumming" after Katharine posted a video showcasing the toddler's incredible drumming abilities.
Clearly impressed with his youngest child, David has talked about how having a child later in life has been a positive new experience for him.
"Sadly, for my [older] kids. I was just working a lot," he said to People in 2022. "Even though I'm working a lot now, I'll cancel anything just to hang with him. It's just different."
David is also father to Allison, 53, and shares daughter Amy, 50, with first wife B.J. Cook, and daughters Sara, 42, Erin, 40, and Jordan, 37, with third wife Rebecca Dyer.
