One of the many reasons we stalk Khloé Kardashian's Instagram is her fitness inspiration. Whenever we're feeling lazy all we need to do is peek at the E! star's feed and—quicker than you can double tap—we're amped to hit the gym.
"Khloé is always trying to get better," her trainer Gunnar Peterson, exclusively told E! News. "She's not obsessed or a crazy lady about it, it's just about the work. [She] has her head down. She's got a steady work ethic and there's no over analysis."
Peterson definitely pushes his client with some challenging drills, and cheers her on with some very entertaining commentary. (You'll hear what we're talking about.)
So because today is the day to reset your fitness routine let's check out a few of these workouts starting with one that boosts Khloé's most enviable asset — that voluptuous booty!
As the wise E! reality star puts in her caption, "Squat!!!!! Because no one ever wrote a song about a small ass." True that, girl.
The youngest of the Kardashians is committed to her intense diet and fitness routine.
Listening to her coach's cheering, we can hear why she enjoys working out with Peterson. He told us, "You get definition from repetition…that includes repetition in the act of going to the gym. Khloé comes in three, four, five times a week, and that's someone who has an incredibly demanding schedule."
The brunette beauty sticks to it even if she has a "love/hate" relationship with a drill, like doing the stairs sideways!
We also love how Peterson switches up his client's routines. He definitely gives KoKo a place to release any built up aggression.
That might be the most fun ab exercise we've ever seen!
As Peterson says in many of the videos, "do not mess with ‘KK!'" The famous sister's muscles are strong, and the girl can throw a punch!
