I just read an article titled, "Six things every girl secretly wishes her boyfriend would do." The title caught my eye. I love to read these types of articles to determine if I'm "every girl." Ten out of 10 times, I'm not. I don't think anybody is.
Some of the things listed in this particular article were: "Make plans," "Shop with us," and “Don’t be 'that guy' at the bar."
I don't agree with any of these. I don't want my boyfriend to make plans. When he does, they suck. That's what I have an assistant for. I don't want my boyfriend to go shopping with me unless he's gay, in which case we have bigger problems, like him being gay. And as far as being 'that guy' at the bar…that's about the only thing I would want my boyfriend to do. At least that way I know he'll be a little bit of fun.
