The Playboy creator's former girlfriend, Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett, has fallen deeper into an ongoing feud with one of Hefner's other former girlfriends, Holly Madison. Now, the 30-year-old mother of two is claiming she's speaking publicly in an effort to defend Hefner against Madison's controversial accusations.
In Madison's candid memoir Down the Rabbit Hole, the 36-year-old expectant mother claimed that Hefner manipulated her, pitted her against the other women, offered her drugs, bribed her to stay in the mansion and even reprimanded her for cutting her hair. However, Kendra is less than pleased with her foe's allegations. First, she went on a graphic Twitter rant against Madison on Thursday, writing among many remarks that Holly is "embarrassed and in shame" for what she allegedly did while living at the Playboy Mansion.
While she later deleted the tweets and apologized for their "over the top" nature, Kendra continued the conversation Friday by claiming that she's fighting for her former man.
"I'm protecting Hef, I'm protecting myself, I'm protecting the things that actually made us famous," she said during a radio interview on SiriusXM's Morning Men with Evan Cohen and Mike Babchik.
"I'm very appreciative, and I'm very loyal, and he did no wrong. He did no wrong to anyone, and if he did, you know I would be here telling you. If I felt for once that he treated us unkind in any way, I would be right here defending Holly, but I'm not."
Instead, the youngest of his past trio of girlfriends claims every woman participated in Hefner's lifestyle on their own accord.
"He's done zero harm in my eyes to anyone that I've ever seen, and his intentions were only to make everybody happy. It was just the woman's choice to be there and f— him. That's it. I mean, that was everybody's choice," Kendra told Jenny McCarthy on Dirty, Sexy, Funny. "What do you think you're going to do? You're moving into the Playboy Mansion and dating a man who has multiple girlfriends."
While she's relentlessly supportive of her past beau, the self-proclaimed "lone soldier" is not too proud of her life as his lady, either.
"I'm embarrassed about it—I'm not going to lie, but I am not going to sit here and run from it," Wilkinson-Baskett continued to McCarthy. "I made the choice to sleep with an 80 year old man for some money and I'm here to say that, but I ended up loving him at the end of the day, that's the thing. I just choose to remain loyal to Hef."
Meanwhile, Madison has since responded to Kendra's Twitter attacks, telling E! News in a statement, "I want no part of a one-sided argument or feud where one woman lives to demoralize and degrade another woman," Madison said. "For those with unresolved issues, therapy works. You should try it."
Instead of therapy, Wilkinson is calling for Holly to write Hef a check.
"She should refund Hef with the Porsche that she was driving, all these things that she got," she said on Wake Up With Taylor in regard to gifts Madison received as Hefner's girlfriend. "I have no sympathy."
