Cameron Diaz simply can't take her hands off her new book.
The 43-year-old actress has penned her second guide to healthy living titled The Longevity Book. As a follow-up to her 2013 work The Body Book, the new publication is packed with information about the science of aging for women and suggestions for maintaining optimal health and resilience as the years go on.
"Getting to know yourself on the smallest cellular level is so empowering," Diaz told Women's Health. "I want women to understand their own journey and be prepared for it."
As part of the book's debut, the author has embarked on a national journey of her own to promote her latest work. Barnes and Noble after Barnes and Noble, she's stepped in front of photographers to pose proudly with her literary work.
She's posed so much, we can't help but notice Cameron has fallen into a bit of a posing rut. We'd expect the former model to know the cardinal rule of posing—variety!—but it just isn't so.
Perhaps her arms are most comfortable like this. Maybe she just really, really wants to show everyone her book. It could be a clever publicity ploy. Nevertheless, city after city, Diaz has posed exactly like this:
Here she is in New York City.
Outfit change, same pose.
Now she has the book in front of her and behind her.
Aren't your arms getting tired yet, Cameron?
Finally, she's sitting, but not without that book.
This time she got some help from Andy Cohen.
Even when she's walking, Cameron's book is never too far away.
She's not even posing anymore, but the author still has the book cradled in her arms.
Rachel Ray in one hand, her book in the other.
