While Tina Fey was announcing the nominees for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series, Sofía Vergara was unexpectedly caught on camera when Jon Hamm's name was called.
As the audience clapped for Hamm, who finally won the Emmy for Best Actor in a Drama Series, the Modern Family beauty looked completely unfazed and very focused on her snack.

Moments later, while Hamm was giving his acceptance speech, the camera cut to his co-stars in the audience, providing us all with another view of—you guessed it—Sofía and Joe munching away.
Vergara, who has never been shy about her love of food, even Instagrammed a photo of herself chowing down. "Contraband at the Emmys," she captioned the silly shot.
No word yet if Vergara caught wind of her food faux pas, but we doubt she'd be too embarrassed.
"I heard about someone in L.A. who got hypnotized so they wouldn't eat candy," she told Shape magazine back in 2014. "I'm seriously looking into that because I'm obsessed."
