Lily Collins is obviously going through a rebellious stage.  She's had enough of the ladylike coifs and pink lipstick and she's ready to let her freak flag fly. Kind of…

While she's definitely channeling Marilyn Manson with her pale skin, black-lined eyes, and blood red lips, her hair is still definitely in "ladies who lunch" territory.  With those glossy locks, who can blame her?

Okay… now are you sitting down? Maybe it's all the Halloween decorations appearing in the shop windows or we're just sick and tired of seeing Lily Collins dress up to look like a 70-year-old version of herself – but we actually like this look!  It complements her pale skin, she looks her age, and she didn't go crazy Goth with the eye makeup.

Get the Look: Now, if your skin isn't pale like Lily's, don't try and force it! That's right. Put back the clown white until October 31st. It's more about the flawless skin than the skin tone. Start the flawless process in the shower by applying a brightening exfoliating treatment like Arcona Brightening Gommage.

Next, you want to hydrate and plump your skin with a nourishing moisturizer like Fresh Lotus Youth Preserve Face Cream. (We can't all have Lily's 24-year-old skin but at least we can try and fake it)

Once your face cream has absorbed, apply a primer like Tarte Clean Slate Poreless 12-Hr Perfecting Primer to hide any shine, camouflage imperfections like large pores and fine lines, and ensure your makeup lasts all night.  Next, apply a lightweight, buildable foundation (that matches YOUR skin tone, not Lily's) like Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup.

Now for the eyes… Use a black gel eyeliner like L'Oreal Infallible Gel Lacquer Liner 24 Hour in Blackest Black and draw a thick line along your upper lash line. Use a shader brush like MAC 214 Short Shader Brush to blend the gel liner upwards towards your crease, giving it a softer, more diffused look.

If your eyes aren't sensitive, use a black kohl eyeliner pencil to line your waterline.  Finish the eyes by applying 2-3 coats of a volume-building mascara like Maybelline The Falsies Big Eyes Mascara.

To get Lily's vampy pucker, use a flesh-colored lip pencil to outline and fill in lips to prevent feathering and ensure that lip color lasts.  Next, apply a long-lasting hydrating lip color in deep wine like BITE Beauty Cashmere Lip Cream in Port. Tip: Add a clear lip gloss to the center of your lips to get Lily's shiny just bitten look.

We're hoping next time we see Lily rocking this rebellious look she'll let her hair down, literally. As much as we love her glossy locks, we want to see them down and tousled. She needs to banish the good girl hair and go full on sex kitten. Okay, maybe we're pushing it.   Can we at least request she throws away all her barrettes? Is that asking too much?
