It's only fair that Mark Ruffalo gets his own Hulk movie, right?! Well, maybe, but that won't be happening any time soon.

As much as fans may wish to see the actor take on his Marvel character solo on the big screen (and he would, too!), for now, they'll just have to wait to see him with whole crew in Avengers 2

"A lot of folks have been asking about the Next Hulk. The next time you see my Hulk it will be in the Avengers2. No plans for stand alone," Ruffalo tweeted.

"I am not giving up on another stand alone HULK. But it's not in the works right now. One never knows what the future will bring," he continued

But don't lose hope just yet, the actor reassured his followers that there's still a chance for a stand alone film at some point.

"Just to be totally clear. I did not say there was not going to ever be a stand alone Hulk film. I said there wasn't one in the works now."

In May 2012, Ruffalo stated that he signed on to play Bruce Banner and his alter ego six times, which caused people to assume there might be a solo film in the making.
