News checked in with the TV star at the 27th Annual Paley Television Festival event honoring CBS' megahit naval-investigation drama NCIS to get the scoop on Tony (Weatherly) and Ziva (Cote de Pablo), and he not only renamed that pairing (it's "Zony" not "Tiva" from here on out, people), but he also taught us the three key rules for any successful television show.
