In the direct-to-DVD musical, Gomez plays a modern-day Cinderella who falls for the new hottie (Drew Seeley) at her high school.
If you don't know by now, Gomez is reportedly dating Nick Jonas. So let's just hope he's got what Gomez says she looks for in a real-life Prince Charming: "Someone who is honest, someone who can make me smile like no other and somebody I can have fun with."
Popping up at the premiere at the Grove mall in Los Angeles was Gomez's pal and rumored-to-be Joe Jonas' girlfriend (yeah, it's a full-time job keeping up with these kids!) Taylor Swift. Among her Prince Charming requirements are "good hair," "quiet confidence" and a "great laugh."
Sure sounds like Joe to us.
Meanwhile, Gomez said the person to beat on the new Dancing With the Stars is her pal Kim Kardashian.
"I will be voting nonstop," Gomez said with a laugh. "I definitely think she will win. There's no competition."
Gomez already has her tickets for DWTS' Sept. 24 show. "I'm so excited," she said. "I can't wait."
So where were the Jonas Brothers yesterday during the premiere? Across town in Universal City at the City of Hope benefit for cancer research. Who'd they perform with? Nick's ex-girlfriend, Miley Cyrus.
