Leonardo DiCaprio was just spotted on the Boston set of his new movie, which they tell us is called Shutter Island.

Video has surfaced showing the 24-year-old soul diva getting into a scuffle with a concertgoer during her performance at Britain's Glastonbury music festival on Saturday.

The Grammy-winning singer appears to jab her elbow at the crowd while singing "Rehab" in the mosh pit. Seconds later, Winehouse angrily throws a couple punches.

Asked about the incident, Winehouse's rep said, "The 'lashing out' was when someone tried to grab her hair and she reacted."

What do you think? Did a fan get too close or did Amy make the first move?

Maybe Speed Racer star Emile Hirsch misunderstood the memo about how everybody who was anybody on the C-list was tying the knot this weekend (see Chris Kattan and Ruben Studdard items below).

Or maybe he had some crazy idea that his clothing should match the period of the architecture, which, since he was sightseeing in Paris' Place Vendôme with a couple of gal-pals, is decidedly old school. How else to explain the oversize silk bow tie and shiny silver suit?

The game is still on as far as Ashley Dupré's camp is concerned.

A source tells E! News that the notorious New Yorker's lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis is still alive and well, despite Francis' earlier claim that she was abandoning her effort to extract $10 million from his flesh-fueled empire.

The often legally engaged entrepreneur told Access Hollywood that Dupré's attorney had informed him that she would be a "no-show" for her scheduled deposition Wednesday and would then be dropping the case and "issuing an apology to me."

To which Dupré's attorney replied, Um, not so fast.

Thanks to Naomi Campbell, British Airways doesn't actually need to be airborne to encounter major turbulence.

The trouble-prone catwalker pleaded guilty today to assaulting two police officers after causing a stink aboard a BA flight at London's Heathrow Airport in April.

But she managed to avoid the maximum six-month jail term. Instead she was sentenced to 200 hours of community service for the air-rage ruckus, fined $4,600 and ordered to pay $400 to each of the police officers she attacked and $300 to the captain of the flight.

Lindsay Lohan has decided not to submit herself for consideration at the upcoming 60th Annual Emmy Awards, despite being eligible for an Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series trophy for the not-quite-60 seconds she spent on screen in the season finale of Ugly Betty.

"The appearance was brief," Lohan's publicist, Leslie Sloane, told the Los Angeles Times' Gold Derby blog. "We made a decision to wait."
