Julianne Hough, Dancing Star Without Appendix

Julianne Hough, Cody Linley, Dancing with the Stars ABC/KELSEY McNEAL

Julianne Hough's dancing feet are working just fine. Her appendix...well, that's another story.

The Dancing With the Stars pro is set to have her appendix removed tomorrow. Despite her pending surgery, “she will be dancing tonight,” a show insider exclusively tells E! News.

On her website, the two-time DWTS champ confirms the pending procedure and also announces she has been diagnosed with endometriosis, a common problem affecting women that can result in growths outside the uterus and adjacent organs.

She could return to DWTS as soon as next week. Until Hough is cleared for cha-chaing, partner Cody Linley will be paired with another dancer.

Hough, 20, is the latest in a storied line of DWTS casualties.

She was rushed to the hospital last Tuesday after complaining of stomach pains while shooting the recap episode of DWTS. It was during that visit to Cedars-Sinai when doctors discovered her ailing appendix.
