Even with all the attention Oprah Winfrey is getting lately, she can't quite hold a candle to Lady Gaga.

At least according to Forbes, which placed the exiting queen of daytime right behind the "Judas" singer on its annual Celebrity 100 Power List.

While Winfrey may have made more monetarily ($290 million) last year, Gaga ($90 million) ranked No. 1 because the magazine also factors in a star's overall exposure as well.

In Gaga's case, for instance, Forbes notes that, thanks to 32 million Facebook fans and 10 million Twitter followers, she was able to sell one million copies of her hit "Born This Way" in just five days.

Meanwhile, teen sensation Justin Bieber makes an impressive debut by landing in the No. 3 spot. He joins other newcomers to the list like Katy Perry (No. 12), Oscar winner Natalie Portman (No. 75) and Inception mastermind Christopher Nolan (No. 47).

And proving that even less-than-positive media exposure is sometimes better than no exposure at all, Tiger Woods only dropped a notch from last year to rank No. 6, while Charlie Sheen is still winning in a way by taking the No. 28 spot.

Oh, and if you're wondering where the talented Tina Fey placed, that would be at No. 92. Right behind Larry the Cable Guy.
