Girls, girls, girls—could Vince Neil's girl trouble land him in hot water again?

E! News has learned that the Mötley Crüe frontman and erstwhile Skating With the Stars contestant was restrained by security after threatening an ex-ladylove last night at a Hal Sparks performance at the Las Vegas Hilton.

But guess who skated?

Although hotel security physically removed Neil from his ex and a battery report was filed against the 50-year-old rocker, he was not arrested.

The ex, Alicia Jacobs, is a local TV reporter who ended their seven-month relationship after Neil served 10 days in jail last month for a misdemeanor DUI.

Jacobs tells E! News exclusively that she was with two friends, a guy and a girl, at Hal Sparks' Shimmer Cabaret show when Neil walked into the theater "screaming" at her and her friends. She claims Vince was carrying a glass of champagne and appeared "very drunk." At which point, he went up to her male friend, Las Vegas Sun writer Jon Katsilometes, pushed his shoulder and yelled "F--k you!" Then, she claims, Vince went to her and "poked" her shoulder hard and said the same before storming out.

The journalist reported the incident to security and they called police who came, interviewed witnesses and took pictures of her bruised shoulder.

Vegas PD confirms that officers responded to a call at approximately 10:43 p.m. but by the time they arrived, Neil was already gone. Authorities are investigating and still have to speak to the crooner, though it's not known if any charges will be brought. If he is charged, Neil could be slapped with a probation violation stemming from his DUI case.

There's no immediate comment from Neil.

Jacobs, meanwhile, says that she and the Crüe vet split last Tuesday and she presumed he was jealous about a guy being with her, even though she said her companion was simply a platonic friend.

"It was a very shocking incident," she tells us. "I wish I knew what prompted his anger, but I have no idea. Vince's decisions continue to concern me. I really hope he can move forward and find peace in his life."

The altercation did catch Sparks' attention however. The comedian (and onetime Talk Soup host) ended up tweeting about it afterward.

"AMAZING!!! Handled the drunks and an abusive Vince Neil like a PRO! - I've got the jokes that kill!" Sparks quipped.

A source tells E! News that the singer has been on a tear since leaving the clink, frequenting the Hilton bar, and was also upset over a recent decision by bandmates in Mötley Crüe to tour without him. As for last night's altercation, a hotel insider called it a "scary experience."

Maybe somebody should page Dr. Feelgood?
