Booth and Bones are taking a break, and the pigs are to blame.

But don't get too upset, Bones fans. The show's production has been shut down today due to a swine flu scare.

"First time in Bones history we are shut down from production," show creator Hart Hanson wrote on Twitter. "Damn swine flu! That's gonna cut into Christmas hiatus."

But David Boreanaz fans can relax—the hunk may be sick, but it ain't H1N1.

"Oops! There is no indication that Boreanaz has swine flu," he added nearly an hour later. "We expect him back tomorrow. I'm now going out to get swine flu myself in atonement."

A Fox rep tells E! News, "Production on Bones was shut down today, but we expect to be up and running tomorrow."

At least one magically adorable actor had the H1N1 virus. Remember who it was?
