Bethenny Frankel minus the Housewives? Christian Siriano without the designers? Fabio Viviani and no quickfire challenge?

These are topsy-turvy times, folks, but as strange as these concepts may seem (all except for Bethenny, who is not in fact a wife), embrace them because these breakout personalities are on their way to superstardom in their own Bravo series.

The three docu-shows are currently untitled and in development, but brief descriptions have been provided by the network.

Frankel's solo reality venture will feature a more in-depth look at the entrepreneur's crazy-busy career as an author, natural foods chef and, more importantly, a newly engaged New York socialite.

The bound-to-be-fierce Siriano project will "follow the New York based designer as he takes his burgeoning fashion lines and career to the next level." With Siriano already a semifamous name in the beauty biz, we'll be anticipating Rachel Zoe Project-esque celeb appearances throughout the season.

The lesser-known Fabio will showcase his culinary charm across airwaves in his new series. Bravo describes the show as "focusing on the extravagant Viviani and his business partner Jacopo Falleni as they try to reach a wider and more diverse client base and cater high-end events." Sounds delish, although we're not entirely sure about Fab's solo appeal.

Cookie-cutter reality or brilliant new ventures aside, we're looking forward to seeing some familiar new faces in our Bravo lineup.
