Daisy De La Hoya isn't down for the count.

The Daisy of Love temptress was not rushed to the hospital for a drug overdose, as some outlets reported earlier today, her rep assures E! News. Rather, the Rock of Love 2 runner-up just needed some R&R ASAP.

TMZ had it that paramedics responded to a 911 call about a "possible overdose" this morning, and according to sources, De La Hoya was acting "crazy" when they got there and made it very difficult for them to get her into the ambulance.

"Daisy was taken to the ER early this morning suffering from delirium as a result of exhaustion," rep Cassandra Grill says. "There was no overdose. She is fine this evening and resting comfortably."

Meanwhile, De La Hoya still has 12 dudes to weed through on the debut season of her VH1 dating show. We can't wait to see what 12 Pack and Big Rig do next!
