ShawnJohn Not Dancing on Air—More Like Money

With an alleged stalker in custody after he tried to get close to her at the studio, Shawn Johnson is paying a heavier price than she bargained for when she signed up for Dancing WIth the Stars.

But it turns out that the teen gymnast drives a pretty hard bargain herself.

According to a copy of her contract obtained by E! Online, Johnson was guaranteed $125,000 just to appear on the hit ABC show.

And now that she's doing so well, that print's starting to look even finer.

Johnson made it past the first two eliminations and will pick up $20,000 ($10,000 per week) for her participation in weeks three and four of the competition. If she makes it past next week—and she's got to, right?—the price goes up to $20,000 per for weeks five, six and seven.

Weeks eight and nine will net her $30,000 per, and if she's still fox-trottting along in weeks 10 and 11, she'll bank $50,000 for each.

Overall, she's looking at a $365,000 take for a few months of heavy no-lifting.

Of course, Johnson's got to train 20 hours a week in order to earn her keep, but really—isn't that just a regular day in the life for a four-time Olympic medalist?
