Nicole Richie, Joel Madden Announce Baby No. 2

With a 1-year-old and a new baby on the way, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are going to have their hands full.
In a blog posting on his band's website, the Good Charlotte frontman writes:
"What's better than winning an Oscar? I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family. Hope your all feeling as good as i am right now."
The happily unmarried couple welcomed daughter Harlow on Jan. 11, 2008. Richie, 27, and Madden, 29, have been together since December 2006.
