#RichKids of Beverly Hills star Brendan Fitzpatrick's career has been growing at a fast pace over the last eight months (one of his recent listings includes a $30 million property), and it's taken him across the country to hot spots like Miami and New York, although he's had to make some sacrifices when it comes to his relationship with Morgan Stewart—which included putting a halt on their original plans to move in together.
"Right now we're just focusing on trying to figure out how to take the next step because we decided not to move in with each other and we're each living in our own places," Brendan admitted. "My work has kind of consumed me and there's not as much time spent together as either of us would like. It's not anything we can't get through but it's certainly a process."
The couple recently spent a lengthy amount of time together during the group's trip to China, which will be featured in the upcoming season two of the show. Brendan was quick to point out that despite the drama, he and his girlfriend still manage to travel well together.
"That was a great experience but there was also a lot of drama. I guess if you get a group of friends in a completely different time zone on the other side of the world, tensions are high," Brendan revealed. "Morgan and I travel well together and I think that as far as the season is concerned for both of us, it left off where we decided not to move in together so that left things in a weird state that you'll see as we guide our way through."
As for the real estate mogul's blossoming career, he is very excited for the upcoming prospects that the future has to bring, and when he's not hard at work or spending time with his girlfriend, Brendan enjoys hitting the beach, surfing, golfing, and simply relaxing on his own time.
Despite his crazy schedule, busy career and relationship, Brendan pointed out that his life is still the same as it always was.
"People have been really supportive and they come up and tells me how much they love my relationship with Morgan and how funny we are," Brendan said. "And that's great to hear and I appreciate the support but my daily life hasn't changed. I still wake up at the same time. I guess things have gotten busier but that's about it."
