This American electropop duo consists of Redfoo and SkyBlu.
"Sorry for party rocking is a party person's excuse for having fun," explains Redfoo on their website.
Party Rock earned them a Grammy nod for best Dance/Electronica album.
Their album, Party Rock, boasted four hit singles, including "I'm In Miami Bitch," "Yes," "La La La," and "Shots."
LMFAO's influences include everything from rappers like Tupac Shakur and Lil Wayne, to groups like The Black Eyed Peas and Wu-Tang Clan.
In 2011, LMFAO opened up for Ke$ha's "Get Sleazy Tour."
Before becoming a party rocker, Redfoo was a former day trader and was even featured on CNBC's Mad Money with Jim Cramer!
Their song, "Bass Kick in Miami," became the theme song for Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami.
In 2009, LMFAO's "Get Crazy (song)" was used in the Jersey Shore.
Originally, LMFAO's group name was supposed to be Sexe Dude, but they changed it based off of some feedback from their grandmother—we can't make this stuff up folks!
