Scott Disick on the other hand thinks Khloé will be back in the stables again in no time.
So, Scott proposes that they make a bet on it and the winner gets to decide who will be allowed in the delivery room for the birth of their third child!
With Mason, it wasn't a lot of family members and it was somewhat intimate, however with Penelope, everyone from the family joined in and it was a little overwhelminng for Scott.
