Diehard Biever fans immediately started taking to Twitter to let Selena know that they were very unhappy with this display of affection. I recall the same thing happened to Kim Kardashian when she and Bieber joked around about having a romance, but at least in that case the uproar was warranted, because that joke was gross. I understand that girls want Justin to be single, but don't worry. Selena is 18 years old, Justin is 16, and they're both famous. Obviously this isn't going to last for longer than a couple of months. Here are a few of the Twitter threats that Selena receieved:

They are a little harsh, so I can understand why she might be upset. I'd like to offer some comfort, Selena. When people threaten you on Twitter, they don't follow through. If they did, I would have already had my foul-mouthed man face run over by a semi-truck while a gang of Jonas Brothers fans penetrated me with a hot curling iron...LOL!
