Sara's previous doctor was literally on drugs while he was doing surgery on her nose!
In a clip from Tuesday night's episode of Botched, Sara sits down with Drs. Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow and explains what happened to her.
After a dog bit her face she went to see a doctor about fixing her lip, but the doctor also suggested she get her nose done. Sara agreed to the surgery but it went terribly wrong.
"A couple years later I find out that he was actually on crystal meth," Sara explains. "I thought I was going somewhere glitzy and glamorous and coming out like a model and I was a model of disaster."
