The chance to live in a place where a former 'N Syncer has slept, eaten and bathed?!

OK, so maybe that sounded a little more creepy than we intended. But how often do you get a chance like this—and it is a pretty sweet deal considering New York real estate prices.

For a, ahem, mere $500 a night you can crash in the pad. Is that number tearin' up your heart? We're sorry, but there are other payment options available!

But before we get there, let's reveal whose digs these are...

Lance Bass!

E! News has confirmed that this "average guy who had their awkward teenage years captured in music videos" listed his two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the Chelsea Mercantile building for short-term rental on VRBO.

According to the listing, the luxurious apartment is billed as a "gorgeous high-end celebrity owned unit."  Each room was designed with top of the line appliances, furniture and artwork done by "one of the top designers in the city."

The condo comes complete with concierge, valet service for laundry and dry cleaning, maid service, on-site parking garage, health club and roof deck. For all you healthy eaters, there's a Whole Foods located in the building as well. How convenient! And as for those alternative payment options...

Bass' unit rents for $500 per night for a minimum of five nights or $2,900-$3,500 per week or $10,000 per month with a one time cleaning fee of $175.

You just need to be wiling to say bye, bye, bye to some cash.
