Pretty Little Liars and One Tree Hill star Torrey DeVitto is set to join The Vampire Diaries in a recurring role after the hiatus. Guess who is the star of TVD? DeVitto's husband Paul Wesley! All together now: Awww!
So who is Mrs. Wesley playing? And who might she be smoochin'?

As first reported by The Hollywood Reporter, DeVitto is set to take on the role of Mary, an intelligent young doctor, who is intrigued by (drum roll please!) Alaric (Matt Davis)! You see, Mary is extremely curious about Alaric's penchant for healing quickly (thanks, magic ring!) after he lands in the hospital.

DeVitto will first appear in episode ten and is set to hang around Mystic Falls for at least two episodes. Word on the street is there's a strong chance she'll stick around for longer than that.
Viewers may know DeVitto as Melissa, Spencer's older sis on PLL, or fondly remember her as crazy nanny Carrie on One Tree Hill.
