E! News has learned that Spears' camp has now entered into negotiations with rising hip-hop diva Nicki Minaj to replace the Spanish crooner on the Britster's upcoming summer trek.

OMG indeed. Is Usher joining the ranks of Paris Hilton, Colin Farrell, Pamela Anderson and Kim Kardashian? That's what an increasing number of reports would have us believe.
The latest and most convincing one yet certainly appears to be confirmation that Usher got his on-camera freak on with then-wife Tameka Foster as the purported footage from the video is being previewed and offered up for sale around town.
That someone is seeking to profit off of peddling the tape seems legit. The question now is whether the tape is really Usher or just some lookalike. Should the footage be legit, it would already be several years old at least, as Justin Bieber's mentor has been flying solo since filing for divorce in June 2009.

Here's a club 50 Cent wisely dropped out of.
Following in the footsteps of fellow artists including Mariah Carey, Usher, Beyoncé and Nelly Furtado, the rapper-actor is donating to charity money he earned to perform for the clan of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi.

Usher is the latest star to express regret for ever taking money from coffers connected to the Libyan dictator, who has been engaging his supporters in a bloody battle against rebel forces who are trying to expel him from power.
The R&B star joins Nelly Furtado and Beyoncé in the never-again pool of artists who say they unknowingly performed for six-figure fees at private events involving Gadhafi's family and are now passing their paychecks along to good causes.

Nelly Furtado took to the Twitterwaves today to admit she was paid $1 million for a private performance for Moammar Gadhafi's clan in 2007. But unlike other pop stars who received fat checks for entertaining the Libyan dictator's family, Furtado announced she'll donate her earnings to charity. (She has not yet specified which one.)
"In 2007, I received 1million$ from the Qaddafi clan to perform a 45 min. Show for guests at a hotel in Italy," the songbird wrote on Monday. "I am going to donate the $."
Now other superstars who performed for the embattled African president's family are being pressured to donate their party paychecks...
