That sneaky Megan Fox is full of surprises lately.

First there was the secret wedding to longtime BF Brian Austin Green, and then last night she made an unscheduled visit to the VH1 Do Something Awards in Los Angeles.

The newlywed flashed her gorgeous new finger bling at a public appearance for the first time—all the better to complement a flirty Azzedine Alaïa dress and Brian Atwood platforms—along with a huge smile.

Meg looks stunning and happier than ever.

A ring—and wedded bliss—will do that for a girl!
