Matthew Fox Not Facing Charges in Party Bus Incident

Cleveland prosecutors have decided to not charge Matthew Fox for allegedly punching a female bus driver in the groin.
The Lost star was briefly detained last month after he allegedly attacked a female bus driver who denied the actor access to a party bus that he had demanded chauffeur him back to the Ritz-Carlton.
Driver Heather Bormann then filed an assault report as well as a civil lawsuit against Fox.
So why no criminal case?

I'm really curious about Kristen Stewart and Garrett Hedlund. I recently saw a picture of them at some kind of an award show. They looked really good together. I can tell they have a sexy chemistry. I know she is dating Robert Pattinson and they met on a movie set. Do you think if Kristen and Garrett did their movie before she made Twilight, they would be the couple instead? I think I like her better with him.

Sure, they might have dated had K.Stew nabbed On the Road before stepping into Bella's vamp-lovin' sneakers. Kristen and Garrett are über-similar (and remember, sources say she hearts his daredevil ‘tude) so I don't see why not, but really she works much better with Rob. Which is why that relaysh has lasted so long.

TV Update: Lost "Deleted Scene" Revealed at Comic-Con!
Just because Comic-Con is officially over this year doesn't mean there's any lack of new and exciting footage from our favorite shows! Even if those shows have already gone off the air. Case in point: Lost.
Over the weekend, a "never-before-seen" clip (wink, wink) from Lost was revealed, and needless to say, fans went crazy. So, if you weren't in San Diego, you might be in danger of missing out on it entirely. Except ABC released it online, and we have it here for you viewing pleasure.

Review in a Hurry: Remember how the writers of Lost kept saying something to the effect of "It's not about the mystery, it's about the characters"? Keep that in mind if you go to Super 8 expecting a monster movie. Writer-director J.J. Abrams' muddled tribute to '80s Spielberg does indeed feature well-rounded human beings, but mostly forgets to put them in an interesting story.

While her reps aren't talking, Us Weekly has posted pics of Evangeline Lilly that certainly seem to suggest that the former Lost cutie is expecting.
The photos were reportedly taken on Thursday in Hawaii and, if she is indeed pregnant, it would be the first child for both Lilly and her boyfriend Norman Kali.
