Kris Humphries "Devastated" by Kim Kardashian's Divorce Filing, Will Do "Whatever It Takes to Make It Work"

Kris Humphries, who's currently with family in Minnesota, was photographed today wearing his wedding ring.

And now we know why.

"I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce," he said in a statement to E! News Monday. "I'm committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it work."

It sounds as if he's still hoping that this story has a happy ending.

Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from her husband of two months today, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason and listing Oct. 31, 2011, as their date of separation.

She is booked on a flight to Australia tonight for business and then is due in Atlanta to start shooting Tyler Perry's latest, The Marriage Counselor.

According to event reps, Kris is still booked to host a party Chateau nightclub at the Paris Las Vegas on Saturday, but they couldn't say for sure whether he'd be walking the carpet or otherwise giving interviews.
