Lindsay Lohan as Elizabeth Taylor—Let's Cast Richard Burton!

Whether you love her or hate her, there's no denying, Lindsay Lohan will indeed be playing Elizabeth Taylor on the boob tube—filming for the Lifetime movie Liz & Dick is set to begin June 4.
But this isn't a film based on the entire life of Elizabeth Taylor—the movie chronicles Elizabeth's fiery marriage to Richard Burton, her fourth (and fifth) husband whom she met on the set of Cleopatra in 1963.
So now that one-half of the casting couch is complete, who's the guy that's worthy enough to make the "marriage of the century" come alive?
Jack White Set to Score Disney's The Lone Ranger

We might not get to actually watch Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer's anticipated Disney flick The Lone Ranger until next May, but at least now when we try to imagine it, we have some idea as to what the background music might be like.
The Walt Disney Studios announced today at CinemaCon that Jack White, the White Stripes and Raconteurs musician, will write, produce and perform the score for the film.

It's official: Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are bound for the most romantic country on the globe. We'll wait while you swoon.
Now that the official 2012 Cannes lineup has been announced—featuring both Rob's Cosmopolis and Kristen's On the Road—it's safe to assume the twosome will draw plenty of attention when they touch down in the south of France for the film festival next month.
And we think they'll have no problem fitting into the ranks of Cannes top power couples, with the likes of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie:

Johnny Depp knows he has a lot to live up to when Dark Shadows hits theaters on May 11.
He took time out today to pay his respects to Jonathan Frid, the original Barnabas Collins from the Dark Shadows TV series, who died on April 13.
That was Friday the 13th, to be exact.
Depp called his predecessor, who has a cameo in Tim Burton's upcoming film, an "inspiration."

Johnny Depp and Natalie Portman are both immensely talented, but not so much when it comes to sign language.
In the Sir Paul McCartney-directed video for his song, "My Valentine," Depp and Portman majorly flub up the lyrics with their hand gestures.
Deaf music fans pointed out to Spinner that Depp makes the motion for the word "enemy" while attempting "valentine." Oops.
As for Portman's snafu?

He's practically a real-life Superman, right? There's also Josh Hutcherson—who is totally as sweet as he is adorable. And now he's got the adorable adopted pooch to match!

News flash: Not every woman wants Johnny Depp to tear her clothes off.
In a lawsuit filed today, the Pirates of the Caribbean heartthrob has been accused of directing his security detail to forcibly remove a disabled woman from her VIP seat in Depp's vicinity at an Iggy and the Stooges concert. She claims she was moved so roughly that her clothes were "disheveled" and her shoes came off, and another time so that her pants came down, "exposing her buttocks" to other concertgoers.
The Bully-championing star's camp hasn't yet responded to a request for comment.
Natalie Portman, Johnny Depp Sign Up With Paul McCartney in New Video
Paul McCartney not only writes great tunes and plays a mean bass (duh!), but the ex-Beatle also directs cool videos starring A-Listers in his spare time.
Case in point: Natalie Portman and Johnny Depp join in on Paul's latest, "My Valentine." Both actors "sing" the soulful lyrics in sign language, while Depp takes it to the next level with a tasty little acoustic guitar solo. Nice!
And that's not all. A who's who of movies, music and television showed up Friday night at Paul's request (how could they not?) to check out the acclaimed acting duo's star turns.
