Robert Hegyes, Welcome Back Kotter ABC

One of our Sweathogs really is missing now.

Robert Hegyes, best known for playing Juan Epstein—one of Gabe Kaplan's "star" pupils—in Welcome Back, Kotter, died this morning after an apparent heart attack, according to New Jersey's Star Ledger. He was 60.

The actor, who also played a detective on the later seasons of Cagney & Lacey, had been in poor health since suffering a previous heart attack a couple of years ago, according to his brother.

But he will always be remembered as the note-from-his-mutha-forging Juan Luis Pedro Philippo DeHuevos Epstein!

So what is this starlet doing to pay the rent these days? This just in according to her Twitter account:

John Travolta isn't letting a stolen car slow him down.

The actor and pilot has signed on as a brand ambassador for Bombardier Aircraft—a perfect fit, since he already spends half his time flying himself and his family around the world anyway!

"I frankly just love being in the air, I just love the sensation of flying," he told reporters at a Bombardier event at Burbank Airport today.

But Travolta's a big car guy, too, and it can't have been pleasant to go out looking for a new ride, only to have the vintage Mercedes he drove to the dealership disappear on him!

OK. Technically, Justin Bieber is serving up a peace sign in that pic above and not a wave.

But it's a warm, friendly gesture, nonetheless, and one of the many times this week that celebs were kind enough to take the time to acknowledge their fans.

In addition to the teen sensation greeting Beliebers outside the Late Show in NYC, Dianna Agron got Gleeks giddy in Manchester, England, John Travolta showed Parisians a little love and Brad Pitt handsomely motioned to folks in Malta.

Meanwhile, many other celebs provided us with memorable moments over the course of the last seven days, as several of our photo galleries prove...
